Listed below are some of our most common questions, but be sure to contact us if you need additional assistance.
What if I need a different size banner? Most of our banners come in two different sizes which you will see in the drop down menu. But, we can make our banners any size you need. Just send us an email, bannerparty@yahoo.com and we can get you a proof and set up a custom order for you-easy peasy!
How can I track my banner order? We will mail you an Order Shipped notice and a tracking # so you can track your packages. You can log in to our site in the upper right corner of our home page to check the shipping status of your order.
Can I customize a banner design? Yes, we can add colors and make small changes to the design. Add your request in the personalization box, in that case we will send you a proof before we print.
How long does it take to get a banner, or party goods? Our current run time is 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, please give us a call or send us an email and we will try to accommodate. Sometimes certain orders can run a bit longer, please be sure to include your date needed at checkout and Your Delivery is Guaranteed!

We do our best to ship your entire order at once, but occasionally we
may be required to backorder an item. If an item is backordered, you
will not be charged any additional shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive once it ships?
With Overnight, you can receive your order in 4 business days.
Yes, even for orders with personalized items. For all other orders, delivery time depends on where you ship but usually runs 2-3 days. We ship most orders Priority mail.
I haven't seen these personalized banner designs before, where are they from? Our designs are all created in house, and we do not wholesale or images. Rest assured, your banner will be as unique as your party.
Are the banners waterproof? Yes, all banners are printed on quality vinyl, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Do you take special request for entirely new designs? Yes, we love customs!!! Just drop us an email.
